Dalkeith, United Kingdom Cross Borders Brewing Company Ltd Full time

Lead Brewer

**About Cross Borders**:
A brewery whose origins trace back to an illicit biscuit cartel run by our two founders in primary school. Cross Borders is the result of years of friendship, hard work, and a refusal to grow up. Based in leafy Midlothian we brew braw beer you’ll want to drink again and again.

Our range of cask and keg products have received numerous awards over the years and we have expanded brewing capacity three times since opening. We believe beer is made to be enjoyed with friends and while we do offer small pack our focus is on on-trade draught products in both keg and cask.

Our brewery is easily reached by bus, train, car, or bicycle. Our taproom welcomes locals and visitors alike every weekend and is an important and valued part of our business.

We are looking for a brewer with a strong track record for promoting quality assurance, production efficiency and a positive work environment. You will work closely with team focusing on wort production, fermentation management, cellaring task, and beer transfer tasks. This role is for an experienced brewer with a strong knowledge of the brewing process and is adaptable to varying workflows.
