About us

Our Burscough shop is looking for volunteers to join the team. Our Sue Ryder superstore, located on Ringtail retail Park Burscough, has lots of excellent quality donated items for sale as well as our range of brand new goods for the home, and a range of shoes and other accessories. Our superstore offers excellent quality donated items. We sell ladies' high end fashion where you can accessorise with the quality shoes and bags on offer with men’s wear also available alongside books and media. If you are looking for furniture we are the place to visit. From sofas and dining room furniture to bedroom furniture we have it all. We also have an exciting range of New Goods items from greetings cards to garden furniture.

About you

Do you have an eye for a bargain, get excited about sustainable fashion or love helping customers discover pre-loved treasures? As a Customer Service & Till volunteer you will be one of the store’s friendly faces who will help us to provide the best customer experience.

You will also be helping us to inspire communities to provide more care for more people through innovating and collaborating on ways to reduce, reuse and recycle.

Full training will be provided, and travel at a reasonable local rate can be reimbursed for shifts of four hours or more, as agreed with the local manager.

How much time does the role take up?

Volunteering is flexible and can be a regular morning or afternoon. You can opt for weekdays, weekends, or as and when you are available.
