**Job Summary**

**Hours of work - Monday to Friday 1-5.30pm Every third Saturday 8am - 12pm**

Reception is responsible for dealing with customers and insurance companies from the initial contact, to the final repair handover and aftercare as needed. Customer care is most important in this role and must be sustained at all times.

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Liaising with customers by phone and in person
- Liaising with insurance companies
- Arranging non-fault hire vehicles
- Booking customers vehicles in for repair
- Arranging courtesy vehicles
- Arranging collection/delivery of vehicles
- Organising transporter drivers daily work schedule
- Booking estimates
- Loading T-Card board to regulate work flow
- Update customers with repair status
- Liaising with other departments
- Updating online insurance systems
- Give maximum customer care throughout
- Checking in/out Customers and courtesy vehicles
- Reporting and logging any courtesy car damage
- Updating communication log on management system

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
