Hiraeth Foh Supervisor

Hiraeth is an award winning restaurant that is situated behind Court Colman Manor, Pen Y Fai. Having achieved 2AA rosettes, included in The Good Food Guide and The Michelin Guide in it's first year Hiraeth has started with a bang.

We are now looking to recruit experienced quality people to our small team in order to hit the ground running and establish Hiraeth within our new grand setting. We are currently on the look out for experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic waitress/supervisor to join the team. The ideal person will have plenty of experience working in a restaurant environment & experience with cocktails & an interest in wines.

Regular training will be given on wines & their match with foods to give the team a confident approach to our service. The right person will be equally comfortable in bar & table service, discussing wines & wine pairings with guests.

The Role:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Mix cocktails & drinks in line with recipes & specs
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders & provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Clean & maintain the bar area, including stocking supplies & replenishing inventory
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Handle payment transactions accurately & efficiently
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Be able to run a service ( depending on experience)
- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Good product knowledge
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £9.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 45 per week
