**Role Overview**

As an experienced cook. you’ll play a vital role in our day-to-day operations. Your love for food, dedication, and teamwork will contribute to our success. From serving café guests to handling poolside takeaways during peak season, you’ll be an essential part of our team.

**Responsibilities**

**Day-to-Day Offerings**:

- Cover the café’s deli style daily menu, ensuring consistent quality and flavour
- Prepare and serve delicious cakes that leave a lasting impression
- Fire up our pizza oven and create artisanal pizzas

**Collaboration with Kitchen Supervisor**:

- Work closely with the Kitchen Supervisor to maintain a smooth operation
- Collaborate with the Front of House team to provide seamless service

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Proven experience in a catering kitchen, producing high-volume quality food.
- Solid understanding of hygiene and health and safety.
- Hands-on familiarity with various kitchen equipment (grill, fryers, pizza ovens, etc.).
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Excellent communication skills
- **Excellent time management and organisational skills**:

- Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn and improve

**Desirable**:

- Experience as a cake baker or pastry cook (training can be provided)

**Salary and Hours**

**Hourly rate**: £12 per hour

**Roles available**: Seasonal & permanent roles, variable hours - weekend availability is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 44 per week
