**Responsibilities**:
Customer Outreach:
Use effective communication techniques to build rapport and gather accurate contact details.

Clearly articulate the benefits of our innovative waste management solution and schedule follow-up discussions as needed.

Appointment Booking:
Schedule on-site demonstrations of our compacting vehicle and services with decision-makers responsible for waste management.

Coordinate appointment times based on availability and customer preferences.

Confirm appointments and provide necessary information to ensure a successful demonstration.

Database Management:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contact details, and appointment schedules in our CRM system.

Regularly update customer information and follow-up on pending appointments to ensure timely communication.

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Proven experience in customer outreach or sales-related roles preferred.

Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar databases (Exel).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Passion for environmental sustainability and waste management practices is a plus.
