Hsqe Advisor

Overview:
We are currently seeking a Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE) Advisor to join our team. The HSQE Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety within the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular health and safety inspections to identify potential hazards
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Provide guidance on health, safety, quality, and environmental matters to employees
- Investigate incidents and accidents, conducting root cause analysis
- Deliver health and safety training to staff members
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and risk assessments
- Prepare detailed reports on health, safety, quality, and environmental performance
- Proficiency in first aid procedures
- Strong report writing skills for documenting incidents and investigations
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train employees on health and safety protocols
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records of health and safety activities
