Classic Lodges are recruiting a Night Porter to join the Old Swan hotel in Harrogate
The Night Porter will join our motivated team here at Old Swan
As the Night Porter your duties will include
- Dealing with guest enquiries
- Checking guests in and out the hotel
- Completing Guests’ Bills
- Operating the switchboard
- Checking function sheets
- General cleaning duties
- Security patrol
- Setting up meeting rooms and porter duties
- Liaising with all departments on a day-to-day basis
- Take pride in what you do
- Be fit and able
- Have a friendly, professional and warm manner
- Can build excellent relationships with guests
- Have good computer skills
- Previous hotel experience preferrd but not essential
