This is a permanent role working full time hours. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.**:
**What will you deliver?**:

- Responsible for pricing up general building repairs, projects and refurbishments up to the value of £250k
- Working on a portfolio of over 1200+ properties which include residential, commercial and industrial
- Working to a schedule of rates

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Previous Mechanical estimating experience in repairs, projects and refurbishments, required.
- Involvement in pricing and advising on, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC systems), gas installations, plumbing installations, gas inspections, water risk assessments, TMV inspections, etc.
- Previous trades experience, desirable
- Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel, Word
- Excellent knowledge of current standards, regulations and Health and Safety legislation with regards to the built environment
- Knowledge and understanding in regard to Asbestos and Fire protection
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage/prioritise work loads
