Cctv Operator

Position: CCTV Operator

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of Highways

Observe and identify any issues take appropriate action as per company protocols.

Respond swiftly and efficiently to any emergency situations or incidents captured on CCTV.

Maintain accurate records of incidents, including date, time, location, and relevant details.

Collaborate with security personnel and other enforcement agencies to provide necessary information or evidence as required.

Conduct regular checks on CCTV equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any faults or malfunctions.

Stay updated on the latest security procedures and regulations to ensure compliance.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information obtained through CCTV footage.

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role is preferred.

Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting CCTV systems.

Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle stressful situations.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in using security software.

Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical fitness and the ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
