**Timetable Administrator Overview**

**Timetable Administrator - About The Role**
- To produce the central timetable as a member of the timetabling team.
- To provide administrative support for all processes relating to timetabling and ensuring the dissemination of policy and schedules to ensure that accurate timetable data is collected effectively and on time.
- Timetabling resources within the agreed timetable system solution to create timetabled classes with consideration to effective space management and resource utilisation.
- Undertaking required timetable moves and changes where this need arises during the year.

**The successful Timetable Administrator will have**:

- Associated timetable or equivalent relevant experience in an administrative environment.
- Ability to use a variety of Microsoft office packages, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Demonstrates a logical approach to problem solving.
- Ability and confidence to challenge accepted norms, seek new ways of working and be solutions focused.
- A pleasant and efficient manner with the ability to develop good rapport with service users, showing discretion, diplomacy and empathy as required.
