We are looking for proactive, engaging and caring people to join a close-knit support team in Banbury, supporting some wonderful people, across two homes, to live their best lives - the lives that they choose to live.

The people you will be supporting are aged in their 30's to 70's - each person has learning disabilities, physical disabilities and there are also some complex health needs.

Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives. Each person has their own interests, ambitions, and goals - they need you to help them realise them. You will also provide support with daily living skills, medication, personal care and mobility assistance, as required.

The position will be filled as soon as the people we support have found their new support workers
- An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be incurred by Dimensions.
