**Job Overview**:
**Duties to include**:
- Answering telephone calls
- Typing, formatting and distribution of correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Provide administrative support such as collating reports, filing, printing, and scanning
documents
- Provide assistance with facilities tasks
- Maintain office organisation and efficiency
**Requirements**:
Previous office experience is not essential as training will be provided but good computer skills in Microsoft Office and a full UK driving licence is essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
