**Credit Control Administrator**who has previously worked within a credit control department with **good knowledge of Microsoft Excel** and has a high attention to detail is required for a well-established company based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, East Midlands.

**SALARY**:£23,500 - £25,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Generous Benefits (see below)

**WORKING HOURS**:36.25 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday

**JOB OVERVIEW**

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Credit Control Administratorwho has previously worked within a credit control department with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and has a high attention to detail.

Working as Credit Control Administrator you will support the team with processing payments, invoices, maintaining and updating the customer database, process refunds etc.

As a Credit Control Administrator you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner.

**DUTIES**

Your duties as the Credit Control Administrator include:

- Processing customer payments (cheques, bank line transactions and card payments)
- Managing outlook folders
- Processing instant invoices
- Maintaining price agreements
- Return material authorisations
- Maintaining customer information
- Data cleansing
- Sales analysis
- Provide samples for audits
- Refund requests
- Notifying sales of paid proforma invoices
- Reconciling
- offsetting payments against customer accounts
- Cover banking of cheques (taking cheques to the bank may be required)
- Provide assistance and carry out any other tasks as requested by the Credit Control Manager/team

- Intermediate to Advanced IT Skills - including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
