**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Offer the highest level of customer service to guests of The Highland Club
- Answer Reception calls for new bookings of guest enquires
- Manage visiting guests, offering drinks and snacks on arrival
- Daily upkeep of cleaning in the Reception for guests.
- Check ins and check outs
- Manage onsite bookings and purchases
- Collection and distribution of post/deliveries
- Checking all stock orders delivered are correct and marked off
- Bi-annual checks of all games supplied in the apartments (complete sets no pieces missing/damaged)
- Weekly inventory check
- Product placement in reception shop
- Informing guests on check in the services that we offer, (daily servicing, linen change, pool towels)
- Keep the Resort Manager and Supervisor informed of all matters requiring attention
- Job Type : Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Working Hours: Varied shifts to cover reception opening hours (8am -8pm, 7 days a week)
- Accommodation: Part of salary offering - On site shared accommodation at the discretion of management (charged £150 monthly for accommodation utilities only, based on fair use)
- Auto-enrolment Pension contribution will commence following the completion of 3 months of employment (if qualified for).

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£20,500.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fort Augustus: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front of house: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
