We are currently recruiting for a Head of Investment Attribution to lead the LGIM Investment Attribution function and work in partnership with Investments, Distribution, Product and across the Global Chief Operating Officer teams, to develop, implement anddeliver LGIM’s Attribution service ensuring service-levels meet and evolve with client demand.

What you'll be doing
- To lead and be accountable for delivery of Investment Attribution services to internal stakeholders and LGIM’s clients.
- To develop strategy for the Investment Attribution service and work with internal and external partners to evolve the existing service and fully integrate this into LGIM’s global strategic target operating model.
- To build out a scalable capability that can adapt and accelerate the delivery of new and extended services
- To lead and develop a team of Investment Attribution professionals and manage a stable resource model for the services.Support the team as they develop and transition across to the new target operating model
- To build close working relationships with senior influencers throughout LGIM to build confidence that the services meet the needs of the business and resolve challenges effectively
- To take the role in identifying, defining, and developing attribution methodologies that are best suited for production of portfolio and client level attribution
- To embed a risk-controlled framework within the team
