Principal Psychologist (30 hours a week) for our client, a private mental health rehabilitation service in Coventry, comprising of 3 wards for patients with severe and enduring mental illness.

Reporting into the Head of Psychology, the Principal Psychologist will oversee a ward / group of patients, including assessment, formulation, intervention, and evaluation in line with the patient’s presentation and care pathway.

**About you**
- Be HCPC registered with a minimum of four years’ experience.
- Have supervisory experience.
- Have experience of working in a similar setting.
- CBT psychosis.
- Family Interventions
- Structured psychological interventions (individual, group or family) for bipolar affective disorder.
- High Intensity psychological interventions for depression - CBT, IPT
- Positive Behavioural Support
- Wellness Recovery Action Plans
- Recognising and communicating with people who have special needs (eg cognitive impairment and Learning Disability)
- Motivational Interviewing
- DBT/Schema focused therapy
- Cognitive assessments
- Diagnostic schedules for PD
