Our client, a highly reputable architectural practice, are seeking a talented BIM Lead (Architect / Architectural Technologist) to join their expanding team based close to London Bridge. This is an exciting opportunity working for one of London's most prestigiousprojects in the tech and financial sectors, with key responsibilities and full exposure to all aspects of the project. In addition to overseeing the development of project BIM models the successful BIM Lead will also contribute towards standard architecturaldesign and production information deliverables.

Our client specialises within a variety of sectors including Residential & Commercial so it would be highly advantageous for the BIM Lead (Architect / Architectural Technologist) to have previous professional experience within similar developments. On adaily basis the successful BIM Lead (Architect / Architectural Technologist) will be responsible for working on a range of projects within a number of sectors, working on a project through all RIBA Stages, producing information and presentations for a varietyof projects and developing projects using Revit. It would be beneficial to have a good working knowledge of Revit as our client will require a successful small Revit test before an offer of employment will be made.

**BIM Lead (Architect / Architectural Technologist)Position Overview**
- Management of project BIM models in alignment with agreed protocol
- Provision of technical support to project team members in their use of Revit
- Representation of the business at BIM-specific project workshops
- Coordination of external consultant's models and drawings
- Preparation of design and production information packages
- Review and potential resolution of externally-identified model-based discrepancies

**BIM Lead (Architect / Architectural Technologist)Position Requirements**
- 5 years post-qualification industry experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM Collaborate Pro (Advantageous)
- Experience of working on large scale commercial projects
- BIM model management and coordination experience
- Strong understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) process and workflows
- Good understanding of UK building construction fundamentals
- Organised, pro-active, and self-disciplined, with ability to take initiative
