- **Salary**: £10.00 per hour + meal allowance + pension + extra benefits

**Person specification**

The person we are looking for should be:

- Excellent at managing their own time and priorities.
- Personable with a friendly disposition.
- Willing to lend a hand, but make sure the job is done well.
- Trained or experienced in cleaning roles.
- Willing to work some unsociable hours to support the College facilities lettings.

**Job description**

**Introduction to the Department**

Outside school hours the college is let to external users, the college boost’s a variety of excellent spaces that are regularly hired - including sporting, dance, performances, lectures, evening school etc. The shift pattern for this position is 6.00pm to 10.00pm Monday to Fridays and weekends on a scheduled basis, however there may be flexibility in these times.

Duties for this job will include (but are not limited to):

- Cleaning of equipment and facilities, including scheduled deep cleaning in College holidays.
- Clearing and setting up of spaces for rental.
- Deep cleaning of the bar facilities - ready for the weekend
- Securing of the building and a full lock down at the end of the shift
- Promoting the safe use of our facilities, including the regular monitoring of safety equipment.

Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities relevant to the post as directed by the Site Manager.

**Landau Forte College Derby**

We are a highly successful and heavily oversubscribed 11 - 19 College with a strong record of success across all aspects of its work. In May 2014 we were accredited as a School Centre for Teacher Training by the National College for Teaching and Leadership.
