Helicopter Operations

This is the ideal opportunity for you to become a part of the aviation world and develop a career within it, and the role uniquely comes with 10 helicopter flight training hours per annum to help you learn more about helicopter flying as well as progress with obtaining your own pilot licence.

The role is 5 days a week based on the Operations Support Roster which includes weekend work.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Though it is a varied role, some of the main functions within this employment are as follows:

- Flight schedule management
- Maintenance schedule management
- Dealing with customer enquiries and bookings
- Liaising with helicopter pilots to plan our schedule
- Creating Customer invoices
- Populating flight records and ensuring accuracy
- Maintaining customer database
- Organisation of student records
- Loading and unloading helicopters
- Providing refreshments for customers

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel package
- Proficient with Microsoft Word package
- Grade A or B in GCSE Maths and English
- Customer interaction and sales experience
- Excellent telephone manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
