Welder Fabricator

Metalis is working in partnership with various specialist manufacturers in Alfreton who due to continuous growth are looking to hire a skilled Welder Fabricator on a 12 week temporary to permanent contract.

**Job Duties**:

- Working with heavy structural steel
- Read and work to engineering drawings to produce high quality welded basic and complex assemblies
- Welding with various materials/thicknesses
- Measuring and marking out drilling spots and performing drilling duties
- Cleaning down and finishing materials to a high standard

**Job Requirements**:

- Ideally apprentice trained or time served welder
- Must have experience working with structural steel
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good accuracy and attention to detail

**Salary & Shift**:

- Monday - Friday/Days only ( early finish on a Friday )
- £13.50ph - £14.50ph dependant on experience
