Our main brands include Super Socks; a custom sock & underwear brand, Dogsy; gifts featuring your dog, Nifty Gifty; Unique Personalised Gifts and Snugzy; The World's Loveable Mini-Me. With high demand from all over the world, our goal is to grow and become one of the largest gift companies globally and service the needs of our customers by creating unique gifting moments that WOW. We take great pleasure in making moments of delight and laughter. You’ll be joining a team of 15 in our main office is based in Wythall which holds both our production facility and creative team.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
Due to the nature of the business, we print and ship over 250 orders a day and over 2,000 per day during peak seasons. We need a new team member to join the production team to help us grow the brands exceeding customer expectations and providing the best possible printed product in the quickest timeframe. On a day to day you will be working alongside a team of people in the warehouse to produce and despatch orders for our various brands; Super Socks, Dogsy, Snugzy, Nifty Gifty & Air Bod.

**JOB ROLE**
Printing of garments using digital and sublimation
Using a heat press on multiple types of fabrics
Managing customer orders
Ensuring all orders leave on time and to the highest quality
Basic production and warehouse duties

**WE NEED YOU TO HAVE**
Ability to turn around orders with short lead times and tight deadlines
Confidence & Energy
Ability to work on your own initiative
Proactive with a can-do attitude

Highly Organised

**WORKING HOURS**
Flexible working hours - part time or full-time
Production facility operational 7 days a week

Temporary contract currently (Oct-Feb) with the potential for full time if successful.
