**General Operative (Welding and Fabrication)**

Hours: 07:00am - 15:30pm M-Thu/07:00am - 13:30pm Friday (37 hours total)

Pay: Minimum Wage (£8.60 to £11.44 dependent on age)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Based in Lye. Stourbridge

Duties will include:

- Under initial guidance duties will include preparing parts for fabrication processing and post fabrication hand grinding and linishing in preparation of painting the finished product.
- QC check on produced items.
- Assisting with additional roles may be required. These rolls may include operating press machines, drilling and general parts movement.

Experience
- Able to work to consistent levels.
- A general engineering background an advantage, but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Valid forklift license/certification an advantage, but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Valid abrasive wheels certification an advantage. Training will be provided.
- Valid driving license and advantage but not a necessity

- Reliable
- Good time keeping and punctual
- Good communication skills and good understanding of the English language.
