**Salary: £20,800.00 per annum.**

**Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 09.00 am - 17.00 pm**

**Location**:Head Office, Kingdom House, 1 Woodlands Park, Ashton Road, Newton-Le-Willows, WA12 0HF**

**Job Purpose / Primary Objective**:
Implement robust back of office administration and support for the Local Authority Support (LAS) division and its management team.

**Position / Skill Base Requirements**:
Usual Duties include (but not limited to):

- Deal with correspondence from external stakeholders
- Production of court documents.
- Meet individual KPIs
- Quality assurance
- Comply with Data Protection policies and processes
- To work well within the team
- Act as a support function for management and Team Leaders
- Meet company expectations and maintain standards expected.
- Other appropriate Administrative tasks

What we are looking for:

- Good IT skills are essential - Microsoft office
- Applicant must be able to work on their own and part of a team
- Customer service experience would be desirable
- Great organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- High attention to detail is a necessity
