Due to internal progression, we are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Service team. We are an exciting and fast-paced family run business which was established in 1982 and has gone from strength-to-strength ever since.
The role will involve the day-to-day management of our local engineers and organising appointments with our customers.
**Main Duties**
- Daily management of assigned engineers' diaries and workload.
- Contacting customers to schedule in engineer appointments for corrective and extra works.
- Ensuring that routine maintenance visits are scheduled within required time frames.
- Liaise with the service administrator to ensure that your engineers have all required equipment in order to be able to complete scheduled works.
- Answering inbound telephone calls from customers and engineers and dealing with general queries from both.
- Keeping customers informed of any changes to their planned visits.
- General administrative and office duties.
**Personal Specification**
- Experience in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Outlook etc) and strong IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
- Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- High-level attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
- The ability to self-manage and prioritise your daily workload.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,525.00-£22,000.00 per year
