Utopian Professional Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Belfast based client in the insurance sector who are looking to expand their team with a Personal Lines Sales Team Leader

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Developing and coaching the personal lines team.
- Assist and train new recruits on how to provide an excellent service in new business, renewal, mid term adjustments for both inbound and outbound calls.
- Driving revenue and productivity through performance.
- Regularly listening to calls to identify best practice and development areas
- Supporting with and setting up finance agreements
- Adhering to company processes and procedures and ensuring all activities are FCA compliant.
- Outbound calling live leads
- Demonstrate high level customer service skills.
- Associated admin such as sending out policy documents, verifying no claims and processing invitations for renewal.
- Liaising with insurers and partners.
- Working towards achieving personal and team and business performance targets.

**To be considered for this opportunity, our client does require the following background / experience**:

- Demonstrate at least 3 years relevant experience in either insurance sales or customer service
- At least 12 months experience in a senior advisor / assistant manager or management role.
- Have excellent knowledge of various insurance products.
- Have excellent communication skills to resolve queries first time.
- Excellent team worker
- Competent in IT including the use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work on initiative.
- Take direction well.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Open GI experience preferred but not essential.
- Cert CII Qualification is advantageous
- 5 GCSEs, grade C or above including English & Maths
