**About us**

With unrivalled views over Lyme Bay and located at the heart of Sidmouth's seafront, the Bedford Hotel is a medium sized family run hotel.

This position requires a friendly and professional individual who has excellent customer service and computer skills and is capable of performing various administrative tasks including answering phones, greeting guests and visitors and general office administration. The receptionist for this position will be working in a busy, supportive environment and will receive training on the job. Experience in a similar positon required.

Good rates of pay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Making and amending bookings through a PMS.
- Hand out mail.
- Maintain a mailing list.
- Provide customer service.
- File paperwork.
- Arrange meetings.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sidmouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 15/05/2023
