Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Monitor food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Oversee the bar operations
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
**Skills**:
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team leading/supervising
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including culinary skills and food preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in bartending techniques and beverage knowledge
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.44-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Tips
**Experience**:
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
