**Maintanence Person**

**Full time Position 44 hours per week. 2 week induction period**
**Use of hand tools, general DIY skills, painting, basic carpentry & plumbing**
**Full UK licence for driving**
**Joining an establised team for property maintanence**
**Be able to set up own appointments**
**Demonstrate high levels of integrity, honesty and complete jobs to a high standard**
**Ability to work under the direction of a line manager**
**Be able to do all round general property maintanence, Prv experince required**
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
