Assist the Librarian & LRC Manager in the development and operations of the Library/LRC and deal with a wide range of duties, including issuing books and resources, dealing with enquiries, reservations, information retrieval and shelving.
- Assist in curating an engaging collection; supporting students with their research; and organising literacy events and initiatives.
- Lead a first-class reading intervention programme (Lexia PowerUp) and administer NGRT reading assessments in order to develop the literacy needs of selected students. (Training will be provided)

- Previous experience of working with young people in a school or in a library.
- A librarian qualification (desirable).
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Experience of data systems such as SIMS (although training on this can also be provided)

- Be organised, flexible and computer literate.
