**Trainee Sales Adviser**

Main Roles:

- Quoting_
- Providing customers, both trades and private, with quotations
- Confirming all details on the quote are correct for their requirements
- Follow-up on previous quotes sent out to confirm received, gain feedback and/or book in the sale
- Posting out samples to customers and clients as requested
- Sales_
- Ensure all paperwork has been signed and completed
- Take required deposits
- Provide order confirmation folder to customer and confirm all requirements for templates
- Work well as part of a team to attain weekly targets
- General_
- To have constant communication with customers - ensuring any changes are accurately documented and the correct department is notified
- Be the first point of call for all customers
- Answer the phone and deal with appropriately or transfer as necessary
- Keep showroom clean, tidy and presentable at all times
- Must have excellent customer service skills and a desire to excel expectations
- Additional Information_
- Normal working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm & Friday 9am - 4pm.
Saturdays 9am-12pm every other after training period.
- 28 days holiday (includes statutory bank holidays)
- 2 week shut down over the Christmas and New Year period

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
