**Branch Manager**

**Location: Penarth**

**Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum plus uncapped commission, OTE £40,000 +**

**Includes annual performance bonus and company car/car allowance**

This is an exciting opportunity for a **Branch Manager** with a competitive salary of £22,000-£27,000, OTE £40,000 plus great benefits including uncapped commission and annual performance bonus. The **Branch Manager** role offers the opportunity to manage and lead all sales channels for our client. Including Estate Agency, Financial Services and PA Legal. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager or Area Manager.

**The Role**:
Your role as **Branch Manager** includes coaching, training, and developing branch members to improve and excel performance in order to achieve and maximise the potential of house sales, financial services, and other income targets.

**Branch Manager Responsibilities include**:

- Manage and lead all sales channels.
- Help to train and coach branch members.
- Maximising potential through branch members to achieve house sales and financial services.
- Developing corporate plan objectives for all sales areas.
- Assisting with increase in market share for Estate Agency and Financial Services.
- You will be responsible for developing the corporate plan objectives for overall profitability of the branch ensuring these are achieved.
- To ensure increase in market share for Estate Agency and Financial Services year on year.

**Experience**:

- Has an excellent track record in sales and lead generation.
- Previous sales and line management experience is essential.
- Knowledge on all Acts relating to the Housing Industry and Ombudsman Code of Practise would also be beneficial.
