GPS IS RECRUITING AN ESTIMATOR FOR ONE OF NI’S LEADING PRINT COMPANIES. EXPERIENCE IN THE PRINT TRADE IS DESIRABLE BUT NOT NECESSARY AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Producing accurate litho and digital print estimates to tight timescales.

Complete works instruction details accurately and in a clear manner giving all information necessary for the production, delivery and invoicing of the job.

Contact customers to resolve queries.

Proactively manage client's orders and expectations to ensure smooth progress from initial enquiry to finished job

Liaise and communicate effectively with sales executives and production team.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in print estimating preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided
- Experience in the print industry preferred but not necessary
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and excel
- Background in data entry
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent, Grade A - C including minimum of Grade B in Maths and English

- High numeracy skills with a strong commercial understanding
- Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and numerical
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong and demonstrable organisational skills and ability to use own initiative and work independently
- Demonstrate an ability to build rapport with clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
