**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients to gather information about their career history, skills, qualifications, and job aspirations.
- Conduct comprehensive research on industries, job markets, and current resume/CV trends.
- Create customized and impactful resumes, CVs, and cover letters that effectively showcase clients' strengths and achievements.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging content while ensuring accuracy, grammar, and formatting consistency.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to clients to improve the effectiveness of their resumes and CVs.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends related to resume and CV writing.
- Maintain a strong understanding of various job roles and industries to tailor documents accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Meet assigned deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage client communications and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

**Essential Competencies**
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a professional CV and Resume Writer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent writing skills, including proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
- In-depth knowledge of different resume and CV formats, styles, and industry-specific keywords.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and their impact on resume and CV optimization.
- Ability to understand clients' needs and transform their information into persuasive written documents.
- Strong research skills to gather relevant information about industries, job roles, and employers' expectations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit documents effectively.
- Proficient in using resume and CV writing software, templates, and online platforms.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience and/or knowledge of the Non-Executive Director space.
