We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor
- Assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Utilise computer systems to look up parts and check inventory
- Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and inventory management
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain a clean and organised work area
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts orders
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**Salary**: £26,225.00-£32,419.56 per year
