An exciting opportunity has become available within the Single Point of Access Service (SPOA) for an enthusiastic and motivated Admin Lead based in Northcroft Erdington.

Excellent communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills are essential to this very busy role. Proven ability to work to tight deadlines, ability to problem solve and experience in the line management of staff are all essential for this role.

The job description and person specification are an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role. The post holder will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by their line manager.

To provide a high level of professional and confidential coordination of the Triage administrators for SPOA. The post holder will provide secretarial support to the Triage Team and be responsible for the day-to-day supervising of the Triage Administrators. The post holder will also undertake the supervision and line management of administration team and the processes within SPOA for effectively managing referrals.

Will have responsibility to provide efficient, effective and high standard administrative service that meets the needs of the mental health single point of access. To effectively manage referrals and communications requiring triage and further intervention.

To be responsible for ensuring there is an effective and structured provision of administration services within the team. To be responsible for the co-ordination of information systems/processes in the team.
