**Your duties will include (but not limited to)**:

- Supporting service users with personal care tasks.
- Assisting service users with the skills required for community living.
- Promoting independence as much as possible.
- Assisting/prompting with medication.
- Meal preparation.
- Monitoring of health conditions.
- Taking part in the on call rota.
- Managing rotas.
- Completing health assessments in a confident manner.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Able to demonstrate basic life skills (cooking, cleaning, budgeting and shopping).
- Medication trained.
- Domiciliary care experience.
