**Pay rate - **£10.00 **per hour**

Farcroft is a warm, welcoming and compassionate care home specialising in dementia care and support for older adults in Telford. As one of GreenSquareAccords residential care homes for older adults, Farcrofts philosophy is all about the delivery of person-centred care which ensures dignity and respect for each individual.

**About the role of Handy Person**:
To perform handyman duties/ responsive minor repairs as instructed to ensure properties and grounds are maintained to a good standard.

To participate in routine maintenance checks ensuring any anomalies or defects are reported appropriately and in a timely manner.
