Dental Receptionist

Bilston Dental Care are looking for a full time assistant receptionist with at least 1 years experience in a Dental Receptionist role.

The Job Role will include the following duties:

- Answer the telephone in the prescribed manner
- Welcome all patients arriving at the practice
- Ensure that the appointment system is efficient and accurate
- Collect and record patient payments
- Ensure the patient records are completed correctly before filing and store them in an efficient, tidy and secure manner
- Complete and return payment forms for NHS and private schemes within a specified timescale
- Encourage prompt payments and chase outstanding debts according to the practice policy
- Cashing up at the end of each day
- Liaise with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations as required
- *Keep the office, reception area and waiting room clean and tidy
- *Organise stock supplies and control

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bilston, WV14 6AA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Dental receptionist: 1 year (required)
