Our client is an independent estate agent who are looking for a successful Lister to join their team**.**They are looking to employ a **Valuer**/**Lister** who is enthusiastic and driven and loves what they do

**BASIC SALARY NEGOTIABLE, OTE £50K UPWARDS**

- Confident in dealing with clients
- Valuing/Listing
- Good telephone manner

**The role will involve**:

- Dealing with enquiries
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
- Business development
- Booking appointments
- Generating/ booking market appraisals
- selling houses/ negotiating
- Building good on-going relationships with vendors and applicants
- General office administration.
- Valuing & Listing
