AWE are currently recruiting for an HR Associate on a 12- month Fixed Term Contract basis to work in the HR Operations area, supporting HR Information Systems.

Location - Reading / Basingstoke area

Package - £23,360 - £26,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

You will be required to:

- Working within the HR team and act as the HR System point-of-contact for day-to-day support of queries and issues
- Administer the training catalogue including revalidation activities
- Undertake support and testing for vendor updates or upgrades
- Support the integrity of HR processes, data and services, ensuring our processes are kept up to date and documented

To be successful in this role you should ideally have the following skills and experience:

- Experience of working with and supporting HR information systems, such as Saba Cloud or similar HR databases
- A good level of Excel knowledge and skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage own workload and priorities to agreed timescales
