We're looking for dynamic, entrepreneurial individuals like you to become our Sales & Letting

Negotiators to help build our reputable agency in the North-West London areas.

This is an opportunity to develop your sales skills, thrive within a rapidly growing industry and build your career in real estate.

You will play an important role in the business by securing sales and letting properties while benefitting from a large commission fee from up to 65%, although we do not provide a basic salary, our large fees will enable you to create and define a clear platform towards your financial freedom

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Some Saturday working (flexible)

Experience/Specification:

- Minimum of 1-2 years' prior Lettings/Sales experience is desirable
- Confident and enthusiastic approach to work
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Track record of achieving targets
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels
- Be comfortable working with multiple agencies, fitting into different teams as required.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills
- Car owner / clean driving licence
