**Work Pattern**:Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 05:00pm

We would like an experienced an Administrator person with good communication skills, used to working with and assisting a team by providing a full range of customer support services to facilitate the effective and efficient operation of the fire safety team.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing support to the fire safety team. Working with the contractor to book appointments and resolve minor issues
- Keeping a record of all interaction with residents, contractors, and other departments in order to build up evidence in case legal action needs to be taken.
- Screen telephone calls to department and liaise with stakeholders
- Maintain admin systems and excel documents

**Person Specification**
- Experience working in a technical administration based role
- Ability to deal with difficult customers and persuade them to have their property tested. Ability to give customers information in a very clear and concise way to ensure that they know what is required.
- IT skills with experience using word and excel
