**Social Media Executive**

**Who we are**

Morton Waters is an independent agency, working with a wide range of clients across sectors including construction, finance and security, who are looking to us to guide their brand and realise their communications ambitions. We're growing year on year and, as such, our team is too.

You'll work with the support of the senior agency staff to ensure the smooth running of our clients’ B2B PR and content campaigns. From devising and implementing strategies and communicating the correct information to all members of the team, to facing clients and reporting to the director and clients - you'll get the opportunity to be involved in it all. It will be a varied role, with exposure to content, creative, branding, project management, marketing strategy, social and digital while you build your skills and find your niche.

In addition to the salary, we have previously paid bonuses when targets have been reached, and organised team treats including subscription book boxes and beauty advent calendar.

**What we're looking for**

- Experience of demonstrating your excellent communication skills in a commercial context, writing will be a key part of the role and we'll be looking for someone with a keen eye for a story
- An agency mindset with first class organisational skills to enable you to switch from client to client
- A pro-active approach to working as part of a team
- A personable and professional character that will allow you to build rapport and enjoy being part of a flexible, friendly team who are focused on client success

**Responsibilities / Duties may include**:

- Use your writing, editing and creative skills to write social media calendars for clients and their senior staff.
- Undertake reporting, including measuring public relations, integrated marketing and social media results, which includes, among other tasks, compiling press clips and producing analytics reports
- Assist on account administration such as arranging meetings, writing status reports to keep the client and team updated on progress
- Contribute to brainstorm sessions for new and existing clients

Our offices are in Crowborough, with on site parking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
