We are seeking a highly organized and professional Chauffeur Administrator to join our

team. As a Chauffeur Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations

of our chauffeur services in the London - uk. You will work closely with a team of chauffeurs to ensure the

smooth and efficient transportation of clients, while maintaining the highest standards of

professionalism and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate and schedule chauffeur services for clients, including airport transfers, corporate

events, and other transportation needs.

2. Communicate with clients to understand their transportation requirements and provide

appropriate solutions.

3. Manage a team of chauffeurs, including hiring, training, and performance management.

4. Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of chauffeur

services.

5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.

6. Monitor and maintain vehicle fleet, including regular inspections and maintenance.

7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

8. Maintain accurate records of chauffeur activities, including trip details, mileage, and expenses.

9. Collaborate with other departments, such as the sales and marketing team, to promote and

expand chauffeur services.

10. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for improvement

and growth.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the chauffeur or transportation industry.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with

clients, chauffeurs, and team members.

4. Proficient computer skills, including experience with scheduling and reservation systems.

5. Knowledge of the Local area in London road network and driving regulations.

6. Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record.

7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.

8. Proven ability to manage a team and handle personnel issues effectively.

9. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing a positive experience for

clients.

10. Familiarity with luxury vehicles and their maintenance is an advantage.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
