**The role**

We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen within our Housing Partnerships Team for a **Contract Compliance Officer**. You’ll oversee the contractual arrangements as set out in management agreements and leases with Short Life and Housing Association Managing Co-operatives agents. You’ll provide a comprehensive housing management service, which includes managing our Co-ops, Private Sector accommodation, used as short-life accommodation, Intermediate Rent, Market Rent, London Living Rent portfolio and ensuring they are being properly maintained. This also includes regularly inspecting the properties. You’ll help protect the interest of our residents by ensuring our housing co-operatives manage our homes in line with regulatory standards and relevant Southern Housing policies and procedures.

The role is being offered on a permanent contract working 35 hours per week. You’ll be given the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week, and the remaining days from our Croydon office.

**What you’ll have**
- Experience of providing services under or monitoring a management agreement and lease arrangements.
- Previous experience of managing relationships with partner agents, including negotiations of management agreements and monitoring of performance.
- Experience in managing projects.
- Excellent PC skills in MS Outlook, advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, CRM database, Internet, Intranet, hyperlinking files, computer filing.
- A good understanding of equality and diversity.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- The ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines.
- The ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- A meticulous attention to detail and quality.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
