Balgownie Ltd have been proudly serving the agricultural, construction and groundcare industries in the North of Scotland since 1907. We currently have an exciting and challenging vacancy for a Parts Person to join our depot based in Inverurie.

As a Parts Person for Balgownie Ltd, you’ll work with the parts team to actively promote and sell a wide range of agricultural & construction spare parts to our customers, face-to-face & remotely. You will also be supplying our service technicians in our workshop & in the field with their required parts in a timely manner, as well as stock movements.

**KEY DUTIES**
- Dealing with incoming telephone enquiries.
- Providing parts assistance to the service department.
- Picking and packing stock and dealing with receipts of items for customers and for stock.
- Advising customers when their stock has been received and is ready for collection.
- Provide administrative support to the parts department including raising invoices and booking in stock.
- To provide high levels of customer service at all times.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- Knowledge of the agricultural/construction machinery trade or experience in a similar role would be an advantage for this post.
- The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, honest, hard-working and have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Experience in the use of IBCOS Gold desirable, but not essential.

In return, we offer an excellent rate of pay plus company pension contributions for the successful applicant.
