Juice is excited to be supporting a leading organisation agency based in Bath, in their search for a Purchase Ledger to join their talented team.

**The Role**

You will be assisting the Finance Controller responsible for a range of tasks mainly focusing on the purchase ledger and accounts payable.

Day-to-day duties will include
- Collecting purchase invoices accurately
- Querying invoices with suppliers when required
- Using software to process purchase invoices
- Administering queries from suppliers concerning invoices and payments
- Collating Supplier statements and ensuring invoices are completed
- Other ad hoc finance / admin duties

**About you**

Ideally, you will have a background working in a similar role and be a confident user of Microsoft Excel. We’d love to see someone who is team-orientated, has excellent attention to detail and brilliant problem solving skills.
