**Position Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Set up, implementation and reporting on social media and communication campaigns that should align with overall marketing strategies.
- Manage social campaigns end-to-end, including the planning, targeting, content creation, execution and reporting of the campaigns.
- Inter-departmental co-ordination of campaign activity to ensure a consistent and integrated brand experience across all touch points.
- Developing our evolving social strategy so that we are getting the right message in front of the right people at the right time.
- Staying current with best practices, strategies, and industry regulations related to social media and content creation.
- Social channel community management
- ensure all customer queries are resolved in a timely manner in line with company policy.
- Creation of video content to be posted on various social media channels.
- Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
- Working with external stakeholders to increase brand awareness.
- Various related duties and tasks as assigned.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- A passion for all things social media is a must Must have experience across multiple social platforms and usage of scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge ideally.
- Proven track record in a similar role - preferably 1-2 years of experience in the digital industry minimum.
- Video editing experience and Photoshop experience preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines and multi-task.
