Location: Witney office

An established firm supporting medical professionals in the healthcare sector. You would be joining a friendly, well-respected niche firm.

As a Trainee you will start your journey as an analyser, beginning the process by creating a solid foundation on which accounts are based. You will do bank reconciliations, expenditure and income analysis, petty cash and payroll analysis, amongst other things.

Dependent on progress, there may be the opportunity to develop your experience and progression opportunities. You will finish the job producing the relevant schedules. You will continually aim to improve your work by reducing the number of review points and completing jobs in time budgets set based on your experience.

You may be seconded to another department for experience and help as required. You may be asked to complete other duties as can reasonably be expected in your role

About you
You will be a team player, alongside confident in working independently and support all colleagues with queries to the best of your ability.

You will strive to make the firm a better place by actively suggesting improvements to processes along with consideration of the way you interact with both clients and colleagues. Have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and develop yourself and others.

Your studies
We will encourage, and support studying to gain your AAT or ACCA qualification and aiming to pass exams first time.
